  1.  @seanmorgan8128  Might have to?? If a Ukrainian general said that it would be in a situation where Ukrainians are trying to slow down advancing Russians by denying them a bridge to cross. That is the opposite kind of situation Ukraine is in right now where their CounterOffensive is getting going and the Russians want to slow it down.

  2. Agreed, if Ukraine was ever going to blow the dam it would be to slow a Russian onslaught, not to hinder their own offensive. Plus there is video of a Russian soldier acknowledging that he was part of the group that put explosives in the dam. Now if Russians were putting explosives in the dam so they would blow it up whenever they felt like it then maybe, just maybe Russians decided to blow it up just when Ukraine may be slowed down by it not being there anymore. Plus to deny them the chance to get it back.
