@Darren-yu6hf That is nice, I have been to Poland, a nice country, but that phobia and hatred toward Russia are omnipresent. I understand the Russian Empire destroyed Poland a couple of times, and the USSR under that psycho Stalin did bad things, but that is in the past... Russia has no intention of attacking other countries and occupying those, Russia is not a communist country, it has no ideology to spread and it is not the Soviet Union, and has all that territory, so attacking and occupying some countries is only a problem for them, it has the same logic as swallowing a porcupine, nothing to gain and a lot of problems.
And if you say " They attacked Ukraine" well, that is defense... It is a long story and I bet you know why Russia had to attack to protect that big Russian minority in Donbas and to protect the neutrality of Ukraine...Ukraine can't be a member of NATO...Sticking NATO that close to Russia in such a country, is too much.
Here in Central Europe is past midnight, so I will leave you to think about what and why is happening. Things are not black and white.

@Crosley-1520 It does emit gamma radiation, in small quantities, but still, it does emit alpha, beta, and gamma radiation. And is very toxic. The USA used such weaponry in its illegal military attack on Serbia when the USA made that puppet state Kosovo, and there are reports of how many people get sick of that "depleted" uranium...But your country knows no better, the USA doesn't care, and it was shown in so many cases, almost 80 coups since the end of WWII, wars, military interventions... That is your main export, such things.

@Darren-yu6hf Well, it seems that you know more than most people who are blinded by war propaganda from western side, and war propaganda from the eastern side. I live in a NATO country but Serbia is bordering my country and I am able to follow what much more powerful Western propaganda is saying, but I have access, I watch TV channels that are from Serbia, there is a Serbian minority here and my TV provider has a dozen Serbian channels, and they have debate emissions where I hear and see stuff that ordinary western European are not able to see.
And you know enough, you mentioned the basics and I bet you know the whole story about that terrible calamity which is happening in Ukraine, my country has a border with Ukraine too, so I bet you already know where am I from. I am also a strange mix, and maybe that is why I have a somewhat different perception of things and my profession is such that I overthink things, I work in education, I teach, but in cases as complicated as this that overthinking is a good attribute because matters are complicated.
But you have a surprisingly good understanding which I bet is better, you just wrote a few things which are absolutely correct so you know how problematic that war is, it is not like most think "Russia decided to attack Ukraine because Russia is bad, Putin homicidal tyrant and USA is doing only good things."
I woke up, here it is almost 3 am, and I saw your comment, I was surprised by your fresh opinion, usually, people have a very simple stance and believe whatever the spin doctors prepared for them.
Thank you for being impartial, and for thinking with your own head, we are bombarded by info, but at the same time, we are like lost in that and most give up under the pressure of the dominant propaganda.

@factsdontcareaboutyourfeel7204 Battle of Borodino was won by Napoleon by at a very high cost... And Russians used what was on their disposal, they used scorched earth tactics and ultimately Russians reached Paris... Do you know why those small cafeterias in Paris are called Bistro? Bistro is a Russian word for faster... They were shouting to "garsons" Bistro! and that remained a name for a place where you can sit and drink... You can talk all day that it was not Russian fighting capability, it was the weather, it was this and that, but those are just rationalizations, you are trying to find justification for the losses which Napoleon suffered... "Oh, it wasn't Russians, it was simply Russia, such is the time there"...
Napoleon was beaten, and your diatribes how Russians were not good at fighting Napoleon is a puny attempt to find something, to justify the terrible defeat of Napoleon and the victory of Russia. He was so stupid to think that if he went and get Moscow Russia will roll and pretend that Napoleon won? That is so naive, you think war is a gentleman's pastime and it was not fair that Russians used their weather and scorched earth.

@Crosley-1520 The USA is a reference for everything? And who should be the "reference"? Why are you using such idiosyncratic speech, "USA is a reference for everything"? I am not Russian, I live in Central Europe and I know who is to be blamed...Who is the strongest military power in the world which is throwing 860 billion dollars into the military-industrial complex, has 13 carriers because wants to be able to attack every country in the world if needed, and meddled in the internal affairs of Ukraine? Which country? You have another "reference"? France made that coup in 2014? Germany convinced that puppet to start with ultranationalism? Spain told them to glorify the spirit of Ukraine, a nation that never had its own country and was made via Ukrainization by communists as Belarus nation? Who convinced them to start tormenting, torturing, and killing that Russian minority, 8.5 million bg Russian minority in Donbas and Russphiles in Eastern Ukraine? China went there to that clown Zelensky and told him to announce that brilliant idea of putting Ukraine in NATO which is equal to what Krushchov did with Cuba when the Cuban missile crisis started? Do you know how the USA reacted when Krushchov accepted the Cuban offer and put Russian soldiers and missiles in Cuba? The USA went ballistic, hysterically threatening with thermonuclear war...
Why is it to be blamed for all of that? Who pushed Russia so much, and aggravated them because someone wanted that war to happen? The USA, your "refferece".
