interested to know how the convictions are split between violent attacks from strangers and the lack of consent between people that know each other socially at some minimal level. Both are rape victims but I can understand if violent attacks are easier to get a conviction from a jury than when one person says there was consent and one say there was not with no other witnesses involved.

@styx8975 evidence of adults having sex is not evidence of rape, beyond that what evidence do you have apart from that who's word do you believe about that went on in the room if its not beyond a reasonable doubt then the accused walks free
