  1. They got Al Capone on tax evasion and that was all they ever got him on. Despite all that he did they could never get him on anything except what they had in a couple of ledgers. This was also on of the main themes of the John Grisham novel "the Firm" that was made into the film with Tom Cruise & Gene Hackman. They had NOTHING on the actual firm and its dealings which included money laundering, tax evasion AND MURDER, but they got them on mail fraud because they sent fraudulent bills through the mail and did it so many times it fell under the RICO statutes. A while back I heard someone point out that Trump has squealed about "How they are out to get him!" and that its true. YES its true WE ARE out to get Trump because he's a PIECE OF SHlT who's scammed so many people and lied so many times and done so much damage that I like many others don't really care what they do SO LONG AS THEY GET HIM THE F*CK OUT OF OUR LIVES.
