@menudobucket9837 My comment was more a general comment in line with yours that you started this thread with. The fact DeSantis was at Gitmo as a lawyer when these interrogations were taking place is enough to raise serious concern over his ethics. Then there's the whole bit about what his actual role was because its not clear who he was actually representing.

It think its pretty much an accepted fact that if you do something cruel to someone they don't tend to forget it. Think about how many Nazi guards were remembered decades later by the survivors. Nobody ever questioned that because there were records to prove they were where people claimed they were. These people have made claims and the records show De Sanctimonious was there when they said he was there.
