Australian here - you guys all seem to be missing something. Politicians LIE to get elected and they all do it across the World. A couple of other commentators in recent days have shown some of Fetterman's comments from years ago and he was always a staunch pro-Israel supporter. Yes he campaigned as a progressive because he needed progressive support but people are now pointing out he was never a progressive. We just had an election here in Australia and one of the winning Labor Party's main campaign lines was "We will always listen!" It takes too long to explain but THEY NEVER LISTEN unless you come through the door with MONEY and that's the same for every political party on the planet. The only difference is that some parties are worse than others.
