  1. I'm an Australian but went to college in America which is in part why I watch this stuff. There's an interesting parallel with Australia. Our Left (the Australian Labor Party) also never fails to disappoint. I'm an engineer so I put this in engineering terms (sort of). The Left have good ideas but are hopeless project managers and their projects fail. The Right have bad ideas but are good project mangers and convert their ideas into reality. We get a lot of British and European news in Australia and I see the same thing happening all over Britain and Europe. I can give examples of it from Australia if you want. Irrespective this seems to be a trait of both sides. One side has good ideas but can't implement any of them while the other has bad ideas and implements them with ruthless efficiency.

  2. ​ @dolemites_chain  Its a money thing for some and a power trip for others, but by far the worst are the ego trippers because they can't be bought to do what's wrong and they can't be persuaded to do what's right. They are trapped in their own self importance or their life mission or both.
