  1. I'll give you a possible maybe based on something Political strategist Peter Zeihan said about the Chinese "Weather Balloon" that floated over America before they shot it down. He's said this several times but the basics are that the Americans knew all about it and what it was doing. INSTEAD of simply shooting it down first chance they got, they listened to every transmission it made and every instruction it got and then back hacked the entire Chinese system. Peter has described it as the breakthrough of the decade and the stupidest thing any nation has done this century so far because the Americans have now completely hacked the Chinese system and broken all their encryption. Based on that we might be able to assume knowing that the Australian security agencies know EXACTLY where these houses are and can do similar. They can just listen to everything going in and out of those houses. Because they are illegal and are NOT official Chinese state property (like an embassy or consulate) there's no need for any warrants or anything else. Australia's security agencies can just do whatever they like. So there's a possibility (and its a big "if") that the Australian security agencies now know the identity of every Chinese agent in Australia. Who they are, where they are, where they go, what they've done and what they're doing now.
