  1.  @ÆthelwulfOfNordHymbraLand2333  You're almost right, but it is fairly stupid to say the English people are unrelated to the Anglo Saxons when a significant number of them are descendants of the Angle, Jute and Saxon invasions that happened after the Romans left Britain. The actual British native nations (Bretons, Welsh, Gaels, Picts, Mercians,....etc) are NOT Anglo-Saxons and most had their own languages but they're now all related through generations of inter-breeding. The odd ones in that mix are the Normans who aren't actually French at all but the descendants of "Northmen" who settled along the coast of France after the French King got tired of them rampaging and pillaging every summer. William the Conqueror is a direct descent of Rollo the Viking, reputed to be the brother of Ragnar Lodbrok. Ragnar might not might not have existed but Rollo certainly did. You should check your history a little better.
