Your first claim that about proving innocence versus proving guilt is 100% correct. But after that EVERYTHING YOU SAID IS COMPLETE F*CKING NONSENSE. You and every other Trump suck-up can claim anything you like and the following facts are IRREFUTABLE. FACT 1: Donald J Trump was charged with 34 counts. FACT 2: Evidence was presented to a jury. FACT 3: Trump's Lawyers were given every opportunity to counter the evidence presented. FACT 4: Donald J Trump was found GUILTY on all 34 counts. FACT 5: Donald J Trump like every other CONVICTED CRIMINAL has the right to appeal the outcome.

I actually agree with most of what you are saying especially the part "Christianity isn't a requirement for Social Justice. Everyone can fight against the causes of poverty, It shouldn't take religion to make people do good deeds." But I don't agree that is what JBP is actually saying. If you are claiming the Big L for TYT is their smugness or self righteousness then I'd agree on that also. Ana and Cenk are well known for railing against the self righteous attitudes of the right. This is the first TYT I have clicked in a while and the main reason I stopped watching them because they can be just as self righteous. They aren't dumb people but they have the terrible habit of falling into the same gutter that they claim to be against.

You forgot that he also talks out of his butt as well. He just said Clarence Thomas the billionaires favorite buddy is the gold standard.

Sorry Comrade Billy-Bob but you got sold out a long time ago.

@jaer.6540 That's a blunt way to state it but also reasonably accurate.

Yeah??? Maybe he meant the gold standard in corruption or unethical behavior! But, lets not forget meatball stood by and watched people get tortured in an illegal prison. So his standards aren't that high.

I basically agree. JBP has sadly become the anti-intellectuals pseudo intellectual. Its sort of like how Trump presents himself as the blue collar working mans president as his companies treat blue collar working class people like garbage. JBP should stick to subjects he actually knows.

@stevenhall9009 yeah I just thought I'd hang it out there. And there is some really serious SHlT to this issue. I'm Actually Australian and SCOTUS is actually a very serious issue OUTSIDE America. For many countries there's the trade and investment issues coupled with the fact that the US$ is the worlds reserve currency. I don't think many Americans realise just how much trade is done in US$ that is completely outside of America. Late last year there was a report released that said there is $100 Trillion (with a 't') in Foreign exchange swaps just floating about the hyper-space of the finance world and most of those are in US$ and most if it has NOTHING to do with any American. Its just how the worlds trades system works. So if SCOTUS keeps interfering with the US Government and ends up destabilising America (which is now a possibility) it can end up interfering with EVERYTHING. AFTER THAT there's the security issues of countries like Australia, Canada, Britain, Japan, South Korea,... etc. who are all linked together with America at the middle. SOCTUS is a very big issue for Americans. Its also a very big issue for a lot of other people.
