  1.  @barriewilliams4526  The point is you clown is that long before anyone can prosecute Putin they have to prosecute America FIRST And the problem there is that America like Ukraine and Russia is NOT a signatory to the ICC. George Bush did that when he signed the American Service-Members' Protection Act into reality in 2002.
