ITS A MATTER OF EXPERIENCE Go check here bio she's qualified - Duke University (BA) and University of Michigan (JD) This is a classic case of being promoted by connections rather than record of good work. Its something that has infected governments, institutions AND the PRIVATE SECTOR since the start of civilisation. Its a form of nepotism where people with connections get promoted IRRESPECTIVE of the merit or experience of others. In Judge Cannon's case (and this is on her Wikipedia bio) she is a member of the Federalist Society. She is NOT a judge because she has shown she's proven herself as a capable lawyer in cases. She's a judge because she's a member of a "club" and has friends.
