Eg. Elon Musk's Hyperloop, which was first proposed by Robert Goddard a century before and numerous times since and always been found to have the same basic technical problems of having people in a pod fired down an evacuated tube. 2) A technology that uses another technology under its skin to allow it to be marketed as something new like a Zombie that uses a underlying zombie virus to appear as if its alive. Eg. Theranos used other existing lab testing to make it appear as if it worked. When their Edison analyser did not work they hid that by using third party labs. 3) A technology that uses another technology as its outward appearance or face allowing it to be marketed to a new audience like a zombie virus that re-animates a dead body so that it can wonder about as if its alive. Eg. Rabbit is basically Chat GPT and other existing platforms with a new body on top of it.
