  1. If anyone goes to the Wikipedia page for the ICC there's 2 things to check. The first is the small map upper right that shows who's a signatory. Interestingly it shows that BOTH Russia and America WERE (past tense) signatories. If you look under the heading "Opposition to the Court" you'll find out what a number of countries, including America, did. In America's case its been 4 Presidents at fault Bush who removed America as a signatory and Obama, Trump and Biden who never attempted to resign America. Remember this is not only part of the international system that America helped set up its the court system that America used to prosecute and EXECUTE various people.
