Giuliani made the comments and made them publicly and now he has to defend what he said. He now has to provide a basis for his claims and even if he provides evidence of the form "this person said" or "this person wrote/published" Giuliani stood up in public and repeated it and NEVER RECANTED ANYTHING. The real killer is that Giuliani NEVER repeated any of those claims in a court in front of a judge. Did you even listen? Go back and hear what the guy on the right said about 3rd party labs having all the source code and hardware after 20:30.
