  1. America is NOT a democracy its a Bi-Partisan Tribal Oligarchy with the 2 tribes at war with each other. Its even easy to describe them in terms of 2 substances - Carbon and Silicone. Its not 100% but look at the Republican heartland states that dig or drill for various forms of Carbon - Alaska, the Dakotas, Texas, Louisiana, West Virginia. Look at California & the rest of the west coast, Illinois and the New York - they all about new technologies that fundamentally rely on or are centered about computer technology and other similar "new" and "emerging" technologies. Its not totally rue as there's lots of overlap. But fundamentally the big backers of the Dems like Bezos are based in Silicone and the big packers of the Republicans like the Koch family are based in Carbon.
