I'm Australian but went to college in America. I did engineering but a pack of my frat brothers were pre-law and they loved dragging me into discussions about how the US Constitution worked. I think they did that because I would ask questions no American would. BUT the one thing they never backed down form was that the US System of Checks and Balances was impossible to get around and that what Trump has done could never happen. What they and the Founding Fathers missed wasn't someone like Donald Trump they missed that someone like Mitch McConnell would do what he has done in subverting the system of checks and balances. Look at what happened at the Impeachment - no witnesses, no testimony and no examination of evidence. After all none of the children of Reagan, Bush 1.0, Bush 2.0, Ford or any other President got jobs in the White House. And that's before we discuss how they used those jobs to make millions. 2: Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and others all all liars with some like Giuliani facing criminal charges for sedition and insurrection. 3: In a democracy the person who gets more votes is the winner and the EVIDENCE is that Joe Biden got more votes. The Electoral college confirmed that, Congress confirmed that and even VICE PRESIDENT Mike Pence confirmed that or do you not know what evidence is? Best of all and repeating part of your claim -> "whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE to alter or to abolish it." Its pretty SELF EVIDENT that the DESTRUCTIVE Government is TRUMP. It wasn't BLM or Antifa who smashed windows and trashed the capital and took down the flag it was Trump supporters. Don't preach the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution when its you and people like you trampling all over it.

@michaelbeury4751 Sorry but apparently I missed the news but when exactly did BLM, ANTIFA or the Democrats or ANYBODY ELSE storm the Capital and tear down the flag and replace it? If you want to see a traitor go look in mirror, there'll be one staring back at you.

@cgulden Take your pick: Anybody with a college degree. Anybody with brain function. Anybody with a grasp of reality. Science & Math teachers. University Professors. Anybody with a law degree should be super extra scared, because in revolutions they are the always the first to be exterminated. Its a lot easier to conduct atrocities when there's no lawyers to argue back.
