  1. I'm in Australia and PWC, KMPG and EY have all been named with respect to auditing and allowing multinational companies to avoid BILLIONS (with a 'B') to go untaxed via places in Europe. Its the same companies doing the same stuff all across the world and countries Luxembourg, Ireland and Holland are right in the middle of it acting as the money conduits.
