If it can access that it can most likely access anything. And here's the thing Tik Tok is Chinese and that means the Chinese Communist Party has total access to it. Its Chinese law that if the CCP ask a Chinese registered company for client data they have to hand it over. They don't have to go to a judge and get a warrant its Chinese Law.
