HEY THOM. if you go and look at the Wikipedia page for Roe V Wade one of the major points that won the case when it was argued was the 4th Amendment right to privacy. The basis was that what happens between a doctor and their patient is PRIVATE. This is why in TV show after TV show you hear medical practitioners tell investigators to go and get a warrant. With the wiping away of Roe V Wade what Americans actually lost was the RIGHT to MEDICAL PRIVACY. Anyone who understands this was expecting this sort of stuff to happen.
