  1. That's because America's (and by extension the rest of the Western World's) entire economic model was designed by the father of "Greed is good" Milton Freidman. Make no mistake Freidman was incredibly intelligent, but just like Hannibal Lecter or a James Bond Super villain he was also insane. Go look up some of Thom's videos on him.
