  1. HEY TOM and everyone else here's an idea. According to the Originalists like Neil Gorsuch unless its stipulated by congress then nothing is allowed that wasn't already in existence at the time they wrote the constitution. Under their logic abortions are not allowed because they came after the constitution was written. Under their logic the EPA cannot regulate CO2 Emissions because the EPA came after the constitution was written. If you use Neil Gorsuch's wonderful judgement on the EPA then basically unless its a muzzle loading flintlock then its not protected under the 2nd Amendment. Guns that self load or that use brass cartridges or plastic cartridges did not exist when the 2nd Amendment was written. According to Judge Gorsuch congress must specifically write directives to the ATF telling them which guns and ammunition are allowed to be owned by the general public. Sorry gun nuts but I think Gorsuch might have screwed you.
