Your first sentence was sensible and after that it was just rambling pile of frustration. Climate change as we now define it has NEVER happened before. There have been localized events like Easter Island and you'd be quite right that we need to consider what happened there as an example. What we are now seeing isn't an island in the Pacific its to a whole planet. There's no other island to go to this time. I can tell you as an aerospace engineer Elon and his band of delusional space trekkers and so far of the mark Most of it is being driven by a insane group of ageing narcissists who are addicted to their power and money. It has nothing to do with native Americans or native populations anywhere although how they are treated is a symptom of the problem. The real problem is the top 1% of the human population who are dominated by an ageing pack of insanely selfish disconnected narcissists. Look at the age of most of the power people around the world both in politics and business. How old are people like Biden, Pelosi, Murdoch, Koch, Trump,.... They wont retire and they wont let humanity make progress towards a functioning planet.
