  1. It is. Its called the 14th Amendment. The problem is its the most inconvenient Amendment for the conservatives so they do everything they can to undermine it. America is finally starting to realise just how insidious Mitch McConnell's program of seizing control of SCOTUS and how much a threat to the American people it actually is. Like every nation both historical and current America is learning that its greatest threat is rarely external but internal. Go look at all the great empires of history the reason they all fell was because INTERNALLY they were already weak when the next empire emerged.
