  1. The most obvious issue with SCOTUS is the hijacking of it by elitists. The Federalist Society, which started at Harvard, Yale and the University of Chicago now has almost complete control of SCOTUS. There are currently 4 Harvard and 4 Yale on SCOTUS. The other judger is Amy Coney Barrett who went to Notre Dame for her JD but is also a know member of the federalist Society. Of the nine judges they replaced most went to Harvard at some point in their education. No one can deny Harvard is a good education system but allowing a group to form that strong of a power base and then get their way is incredibly dangerous. As the saying goes, "Absolute power corrupts absolutely!" and the current corruption of the SCOTUS is so bad that every American and every non-American who relies in some way for America to function as a responsible global citizen should be concerned.
