Go watch Glenn Kirschner's channel. He's an ex federal prosecutor and before that a JAG lawyer. So he knows both civil and military law. He's been pointing out for several years that many of the Judges appointed by Trump are what's termed "not qualified" and he's stressed that does not mean unqualified. Its things like they did law as an undergraduate but didn't go to law school or did go to law school but haven't passed the bar. So these are people who have qualifications but are "not qualified" to be a judge. Its one of the things that freaks people from other countries out. The lawyers who argue cases must be qualified including passed the bar, but judges can be anyone.

@sr2291 Never said she didn't but has she actually passed the bar? That's one of the other things that's been pointed out. There's sitting judges who have NOT passed the bar that might have been to law school and got their JD. That's why they are referred to as NOT qualified instead of UNqualified.
