  1. Having worked in the Australian auto sector in the past the one thing management no longer wants to EVER hear is problems. Half the reason we have the supply chain issues we have is because a new management strategy emerged in the late 90s, festered during the 2000s and metastasized in the 2010s into the current shitfest. Its called the "Unless you going to tell me how I will get my bonus this quarter you're fired!" management strategy. It hasn't worked out well for anyone.
