I'm Australian and so far we haven't had a huge wave of Fentanyl overdoses yet. But I was in Canada for work in 2017 and they were having a massive problem with it. This stuff is horrendously bad. What still confuses me is that its totally synthetic (man made). So why is anyone even making it in the first place? Whatever excuse any of these companies that make it have, there's no justification for it.
