  2.  @joe78man  I know its not a crime. There's a great doco called "Trillion Dollar Island" about the Cayman's and in it there's a banker who explains why off shore banking is a necessity for international trade to function. So I do accept that there is a genuine requirement for off shore banking. The problem is that its been out of control for decades and instead of being a positive function that allows trade to go smoothly its this abomination that's been exploited by the rich and powerful.
