  1. Yes and the next thing that needs to start happening is the EXPOSING the people who do this. These videos don't just fall out of thin air. People KNOWINGLY take footage and edit it and post is claiming its something they KNOW is NOT TRUE. And it wouldn't be a bad thing if governments started making it illegal to create, produce and post FAKED or EDITED video and photographs that are posted as FACT. In the past newspapers used to send out their own photographers so they KNEW the origin of photographs. Other Media used to send out their people with microphones and cameras and they KNEW the origin of the materials they reported on. Plenty of times I have seen photographs or video and there's a label in the corner saying "archive" or "stock footage" and a DATE for when it was taken.
