  5. Yeah others are asking similar questions. This might get the web forum hosts out from under that stupid law that says they ARE NOT responsible for posts on their servers because they aren't the publisher. Maybe that's why the lawyers are saying that the users still own their content.

  8. Its called SEDITION - conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch. America is unique in the world because of the 1st Amendment, in almost any other country Louie Gohmert would have been arrested for this. Even with the 1st Amendment there has to be a limit. You guys should call your law professors from college to come on and clarify that limit. When does this go from words protected by the 1st into criminal activity.
