Yeah but the right will be screaming "socialism" and "free loaders" and "waste of MY tax dollars" as they demand a reduction in all government spending EXCEPT the military (go see Kyles other vid today on the Rooftop Republicans). A while back there was a billionaire on one of the financial shows who was in favor of major tax changes and other stuff. He made the claim that management needed to start seeing everyone as "stake holders" which flies in the face of Milton Freidman's "the only obligation of corporations are share holders." During his comments he mentioned that corporations need to include the poor and homeless as potential stake holders. He said words to the effect that lifting them out of poverty and including them in the economy only had positive effects on the economy. It sounds so logical and simple that is barely comprehensible that people can't see it. If anybody knows the vid please put up a link. It was one of the Wall st new/panel shows about 2 years ago (before COVID). I think Kyle covered it at the time because he got into an argument with the hosts over what he was saying.
