Its only a matter of time before someone does something very ugly against one of these people. If you keep kicking a dog eventually it will bite. If you keep kicking the poor and disenfranchised they will eventually revolt. There was an Austrian Princess who once told the starving French peasants to "go and eat cake." The French peasants took that brat and shoved her head first into a machine that took her head off. They then did the same to her husband and her children disappeared into history and were never seen again. That's just one of histories lessons. There are plenty of others.
