  1. Your wrong they are not locked up they are institutionalized under a court order. What ever this guys issues and psychosis are there are beyond what any society should deem acceptable. The fact he uses a strategic term like "escalation dominance" as easy as he breaths air should scare the shite out of everyone.

  2.  @EtherealAriel  Agreed, his sentiment is right but the terminology is wrong. It might be the mentality of a police state run but a dictator but that's a different thing to what we have a in Western police forces. The mentality is very typical of extreme Machiavellian politics. Machiavelli actually didn't believe that the "end justifies the means" but he was the most recognized person for writing it down. At the extreme end of that are the narcissistic sociopathic people who think "anything is acceptable if the get what they want." Trump's one of the better examples of that kind of person. Mob bosses and totalitarian dictators also fall into that category. Look at Kim Jong-un his favorite method of execution is firing squad using anti-aircraft guns and he murdered his own brother with a VX nerve agent in a public space. The fact this guy has this term "escalation dominance" and uses it as easy as he breaths oxygen should scare the shite out of everyone.
