We all acknowledged days ago that the one case Giuliani and Co have won was in Pennsylvania with the election officials being told they could NOT extend the deadline for confirming the identifications on mail in ballots. Now why don't you acknowledge the other 58 cases that were forfeited or thrown out for a lack of evidence or as with SCOTUS a lack of standing, which meant Texas had no right to lodge the case.
