  1. Under any other circumstances I'd say your paranoid, except the track record of the FBI, NSA, CIA.... over decades makes it tragically plausible. Why would ISIS go after Bush? ISIS was a competitor to Al Qaeda. Al Qaeda told the founder of ISIS to get lost because they though he was too bat crap crazy even for them. There's a really good PBS Frontline on the origins of ISIS and it covers the part where Al Qaeda sent him packing. If it was a guy with Al Qaeda links going after Bush then that's a totally different thing, because OBL hated the Bush family over their dealings with and support of the Saudi Royal family.

  2.  mVP  First of all your only the 2nd comment. But there is something going on with the YT algorithm. Someone else pointed out to me a couple of months ago that YT is filtering and suppressing comments. Right now it says there are 9 comments but I can only see 7. So YT is hiding at least 2 comments from me. There could be lots of legitimate reasons for that. - people might have ignored the warnings on community standards so the algorithm masks them; or - people might have had so many thumbs down the algorithm masks them; or - people might have complained that a comment is spam or trolling or something else. Plus there's been a staggering amount of bot driven garbage being pumped at people. Who knows what's being filtered out. It might be legitimate, it might not we just don't know. What we know for a fact is the YT algorithm does filter comments and hides some.
