  1. Apart form the typos you are 100% right these issues are all legal technicalities. Just the other day i saw an amazing documentary on tax evasion and tax avoidance (see below). In it they point out that most of the super wealthy are NOT committing any crimes. What they are doing is paying the very best in lawyers and accountants to sneak their money between the cracks. What you are saying is that Hunter Biden did the same thing. he didn't break any rules because there aren't any rules for what he did. Its exactly the same BS that allowed Trump to give Jared and Ivanka positions in the Whitehouse. they claimed a legal technicality that the executive branch is separate from the the government and the emolument clauses didn't apply. This is what the rich and powerful do everywhere.   2.  @redrockcrf4663  Actually NO, Obama and Dubya will never be charged with anything no matter where they go because they travel on diplomatic passports. Further Dubya tore up America's signature to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and did it in a way that makes it almost impossible for ANY American to be charged with a war crime and held accountable under international law. John Bolton who is an out and out piece of human filth and should have been thrown in jail for several millennia travels on a Diplomatic passport. Plus we aren't talking about leaders from 3rd world banana republics. We're talking about Americans.
