Its not the only one there's this one that's almost as bad in terms of abuse of process. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=autMHvj3exA The Marshall islanders were awarded 2 Billion and have so far been paid 4 million.

@Shreddah That's a good point with respect to social media. There are a lot of important stories not being heard because either the main stream media wont run them or the social media algorithms don't flag them. I saw a really great way to change this recently. Rick Beato a YT music presenter/producer has gotten a few copyright strikes. He found that most came from faceless people in the corporations NOT the artists. What he found was that if you send out a tweet or other and hashtag it with the corporation you can generate enough responses to the corporations hashtag that it gets picked up. You see these corporations do have some humans looking for sudden spikes in certain hashtags. So instead of an algorithm you actually get a human looking at the issue. He's had strikes successfully removed in as little as 3 hours. Maybe what someone needs to do is send a tweet with THE RIGHT corporate hastags so that main stream media CAN'T ignore the story.

From what Parts of this I have seen it was a lot more than just 1 village. I think you'll find it was Texaco that did the damage which Chevron later inherited through acquiring/merging with Texaco. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Donziger#Class_action_lawsuit_against_Chevron

@charlotteruse8718 Meaning what, other than that's obvious. Where was the mass murder and what does it have to do with Chevron and Ecuador?

@charlotteruse8718 Everything you said up until the last sentence was sensible rational and real. But that crap about experimental MRNA is just idiotic garbage. If you really think that then get of you computer, get rid of your mobile and go hide in a cave, because ALL modern technology is in some way experimental. Some (NOT ALL) of this garbage about the vaccines is so idiotically stupid that anybody believing any of it is so moronic they should be locked in an asylum for the mentally ill.

NOTICE TO ALL: There was actually a judgement in 2018 by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. It was ruled that the $9.5 billion judgment in Ecuador was marked by fraud and corruption and "should not be recognised or enforced by the courts of other States." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Donziger#Class_action_lawsuit_against_Chevron I'm not saying that this judgement in the Hague was right/wrong or fair/unfair, BUT I do think Steven Donzinger needs to explain what it was about. From what I have read so far the PCoA in the Hague said that the Ecuadorian Government had discharged Chevon from their obligation after Chevron spent $40million on cleaning up. Based on that they judged there was no case to answer in the first place because Chevron had been discharged. Added to that are these other claims of fraud and corruption. But that begs an a question. If Chevron have had this judgement on the Hague then why do they need to anything let alone persecute Steven Donzinger? They should be able to walk into any court in the world and simply ask for a dismissal, citing the decision in the Hague. So why is Chevron doing anything at all? Is there something else we are not hearing about?
