  1. HEY EVERYONE THIS IS NOT JUST AN ARIZONA PROBLEM You are all here on YouTube go and look up the documentaries on the overuse of ground water. Its a problem around the world. People have been trying to warn nations across the world about the overuse of ground water for years. This is part of the worlds complete mismanagement of fresh water systems everywhere and its been going on for decades. Under the Soviet Socialist system they destroyed the Aral Sea through mismanagement and stupidity by damming rivers and mismanaging the irrigation systems. Under the Chinese communist system they have damaged or completely destroyed over 30,000 waterways, creeks and rivers. The Yong Ding river, that Beijing was founded on, has not had any water flow past Beijing in over 30 years because an up stream irrigation system uses 100% of the water. The Colorado River Compact from 1922 has allowed the states to collectively take more water than the river actually has. There are reports that in California they have sucked so much ground water out that its starting to suck sea water into the Southern California Aquifer and that they are starting to see increases in the salinity of water coming up from the wells. YES IT DOES NOT MATTER if the government is Socialist, Communist or Capitalist - they can't manage water and water is life. FYI - I'm Australian and we have the same level of stupidity here and like Arizona we are mostly desert.
