  1. What Charlie Kirk doesn't realise is that from a legal standpoint a Pilots legal responsibility is to conclude the flight safely. So if ANY PILOT feels that a person is a risk to the safety of the flight they can REFUSE to have them onboard the plane OR if the flight is already underway do whatever they feel is necessary to complete the flight safely. I have a pilots license and even at the private pilot level to legal responsibility of the pilot is absolute when it comes to safety. Its even higher at the commercial level. If there is a Captain of a flight who refuses to have him on the plane "for safety reasons" there's NOTHING CHARLIE CAN DO. If the airlines BAN Charlie from flying and there's NOTHING CHARLIE CAN DO. And right now I'd recommend the airlines just ban him and the other 3 clowns for 12 months and if they complain make it 24.
