  1. I can say the same thing except I live in Australia. I went to college in America on a sports scholarship and can testify that America is simply better than everyone else at a vast number of things. Unfortunately Americans think because they are great at something's they are great at everything. They get told time and time again how great their health care is. For sure their medical technology is as good as anywhere. Some of there medical schools are among the best that have ever existed. So its very difficult for Americans to see that despite their great medical schools and awesome technology that the overall system is also a disaster in progress.
