Well this isn't a war. Officially its a police action trying to deal with a bunch of murderers and kidnappers so that they can liberate the people of Gaza from their criminal activities. Or at least that's the thing people will tell themselves so they don't have to face reality. Every time there's some disastrous thing like this the perpetrators have some official line to tell the world. Don't forget NOT ONE of the actual perpetrators of the invasion of Iraq (American, British, Australian,....) that ended up with several hundred thousand innocent deaths has ever been held accountable. Not one of the actual leaders like Donald Rumsfeld was ever held accountable for the prisoner abuse scandals at Abu Ghraib or Bagram AFB were ever held accountable. For these and many other things over that post World War 2 Era, the ACTUAL LEADERS who directed it were never held accountable and in fact in most cases there wasn't even an enquiry. There have been a few to face their accusers like the Serbian leaders, Saddam Hussein and the Ceaușescu's of Romania. But no Leaders from any of the major powers or their close allies has been held accountable for anything.
