  2. A while back Glenn Kirschner (the lawyer) on his YouTube pointed out that when you are in court: If you have the truth pound away with the truth. If you have the evidence then pound away with evidence. BUT If you have NO evidence and you have NO truth then pound away with what ever distraction you can. Basically he said when you have nothing just make as much noise as you can and fill the air with confusion. This is what Prager and the Right do and sadly they do it really well. Just as sadly the left sadly, tend to get sucked into it way too often.
