  3.  @fortheloveofnoise  Its called peasant control and its been practised for centuries. Go look through history. When peasant populations got too high and threatened ruling classes with their numbers the leaders usually did things like starve them or start a war. Many wars were started for no other reason than to kill off chunks of the peasant populations. Studying history is less about studying peoples and nations and more about studying narcissism.
