  1.  @insightfulhistorian1861  It seems to be that so many people these days don't understand basic legal terms. I'm an engineer not a lawyer and these are basic things everyone should know.

  2.  @insightfulhistorian1861  Your 100% right. First degree murder includes pre-mediation, as in you planned and went somewhere with the intent of killing someone. How many times do we need to see in the media someone explaining how case went wrong and after a guilty person walked???? Prosecutors need to prosecute the crime NOT the public opinion of a crime.

  3. Attempted crime - not likely. Conspiracy to commit a crime - pretty much yes, accept for the mental health issues.
