When he dies they each get 1 additional vote. But for now Lachlan has 100% of the power because he's daddy's boy. We already know what Lachlan is like he's worse than his father and FAR LESS COMPETENT at running anything. His first big venture was a failed telecommunications company called One Tel. At the time it was almost impossible NOT to make money from telecommunications and they blew 100s of millions and daddy had to bail Lachlan out. We've already heard here in Oz that Lachlan's already added former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott to the Fox board. Abbott's nothing but a Rupert appointed stooge. He only got to be Australian PM because of Rupert's patronage and influence of right wing politics in Australia. So make no bones about Lachlan might have the title but daddy is still pulling the strings and will stay pulling the strings until he dies.
