  1. Its not just the SEC its all of them around the world. In Australia we have the ACCC (referred to as the A triple C). They are utterly hopeless. They are as effective as a wind down winddown on a submarine. Even when they have dead certainties they find ways to lose the court case or do nothing at all. They have scandal after scandal, failure after failure AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS. They are so bad there are regular calls to have the entire agency dissolved.
