Gotta love the judge who called Tucker Carlon's speech as "bloviating" I checked here's what's on Wikipedia for Bloviation. Bloviation is a style of empty, pompous, political speech that originated in Ohio and was used by US President Warren G. Harding, who described it as "the art of speaking for as long as the occasion warrants, and saying nothing". His opponent, William Gibbs McAdoo, compared it to "an army of pompous phrases moving over the landscape in search of an idea." That means a judge has declared in a judgement that Tucker Carlson blows because that's the root word for bloviating similar to blowhard. If Tucker were state that he doesn't blow then that means he would have refute the judgement in his favour and Karen McDougal might have grounds to appeal the judgement.

@Everything2A If an individual holds a person responsible for their actions its labelled revenge, even when they sought justice. If society holds a person responsible for their actions its called justice, but its also a form of mob vengeance.

@GenSecAI79 America is the only country in the world where positions like judges, prosecutors (as in district attorneys or state attorneys) and police chiefs (or sheriffs) are directly elected. So for those positions there is no other qualification than being able to convince people you can do the job.
