  1.  @LegalEagle  Can you please answer or explain one of the seriously important questions right now - treason and sedition. Many people are making treason claims while others claim sedition. Many are claiming Trump and others should be tried for treason, but I have seen people claim than under American law treason only applies in time of war and if you aid the enemy. I do now sedition is difficult in America because of the 1st Amendment which actually exists because of how the British used sedition laws against the colonial population. BUT for people like Mike Flynn the UCMJ has a different definition and it "possibly" applies even for ex-military because their oath to uphold and defend the constitution does not simply end when they retire. I am not a lawyer, I'm an engineer trained in logical thinking not legal thinking. So please can you clarify the issue.
