EVEN BEFORE THIS Bush and Cheney were never held accountable for lying to the entire world regarding WMDs that lead to the invasion of Iraq and the slaughter of (by some estimates) a million people. Obama's upping of drone strikes including bombing targets outside of American Jurisdiction. And then there is the Abomination of the prison at Guantanamo Bay which not only being on foreign soil is also land from which the rightful owners (the Nation of Cube) have said GET OUT! I actually went to college in America. I studied engineering but a bunch of my friends were pre-law and they often dragged me into their discussions. So I had an informal education into how the US Constitution is SUPPOSED to work and this is NOT how it is SUPPOSED to work. The President is neither a King nor Emperor and was never imbued with absolute power as this judgement provides. As absurd as this sounds, RIGHT NOW a senile Joe Biden could (in a lucid moment) simply order people to kill all 9 SCOTUS judges and anyone else he "feels is a threat to the security of America!"
